Shipping & Delivery
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt. Domestic US shipping is only $3.99 per order on all domestic orders shipping within the United States (no matter how many picks you buy), and will usually ship USPS First Class mail.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Coin Guitar Picks.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
If you are an international buyer, generally the shipping fee will be $19.99 to process and ship. As of 2018, the United States Postal Service has changed their rules regarding shipping merchandise. There is no longer a “letter” rate to ship your picks. After selecting your picks, please click below to add international shipping to your order.
Due to the unique custom nature of your Coin Guitar Pick, returns and refunds are not possible. Your Coin Guitar Pick is made from a circulated coin, and as such, will show signs of use (sometimes decades, sometimes even a century old!). This is perfectly normal and is not an oversight in the production process. Examples of this are scratches, nicks, discoloration, etc on the surface-never the playing edge. All picks are tested for playability and beauty before they are shipped.
